Introduction to Bonsai & Basic Bonsai Creation | (3p-4:30p)
Join us for a great introduction to the art of Bonsai with Trey from Kota Bonsai. In this class you will learn about the basics on bonsai, repotting, wiring, watering, and most importantly, how to keep it alive! You will also have a hands-on workshop where you will get to pick a tree and pot and make one for yourself to take home!
Each participant will receive:
a 6-10in bonsai tree
a 6in Japanese pot
soil
other components to add unique beauty to the tree
50% discount for a year membership to the Columbus Bonsai Society
*All tools and other materials provided.
The Workshop will take place at the amazing Groovy Plant Ranch located @ 4140 County 15 Rd.
