Introduction to Bonsai & Basic Forest Creation | (1p-2:30p)
Join us for a great introduction to the art of Bonsai with Trey from Kota Bonsai. In this class you will learn about the basics on bonsai, repotting, wiring, watering, and most importantly, how to keep it alive! You will also have a hands-on workshop where you will get to pick several mini-trees to create a forest and pot or one bigger single tree and pot, and make one for yourself to take home!
Each participant will receive:
a bunch of smaller Dwarf Umbrella Tree & local custom ceramic forest pot
OR
One single bonsai tree & a japanese bonsai potsoil
other components to add unique beauty to the tree/forest
50% discount for a year membership to the Columbus Bonsai Society
*All tools and other materials provided.
The Workshop will take place at the amazing Lancaster Greenhouse.
