Join us for a great introduction to the art of Bonsai with Trey from Kota Bonsai. In this class you will learn about the basics on bonsai, repotting, wiring, watering, and most importantly, how to keep it alive! You will also have a hands-on workshop where you will get to pick a tree and pot and make one for yourself to take home!
Each participant will receive:
a 6-10in bonsai tree
a 6in Japanese pot
soil
other components to add unique beauty to the tree
50% discount for a year membership to the Columbus Bonsai Society

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
Tinyroots Bonsai Shears (Reg $15, Add-on price $10)
These stainless shears are a great tool for trimming and styling your bonsai, and are even great for use during the class.
Ho Yoku Fertilizer (Reg $15, Add-on price $10)
Bonsai must have fertilizer to continue healthy growth. This fertilizer is granular and super easy to add to your tree. Its a great product I use on all of my trees.
These add-ons can also be purchased at the workshop, but they don’t get the add-on price if you include them now in your ticket price (stock is limited day of purchase too).
